This night while we sleep in slumber sweet,
resting in the arms of God.
May we rest within His peace and love.
Hold us Lord this night we pray,
send Your angels to surround us
through this night.
May we not fear, but have a peaceful dreams.
Keep us Lord under Your wings,
O Lord we pray.
May we awake refreshed and new
to start a new day.
Thank You Lord for bringing us through,
and help us to do better
in this new day that has dawned.
As we close our eyes let us be thankful
that You have have brought us through
another day.
Thank You Lord for Your tender care,
it is so wonderful to know,
You are always there.
